Release is the Hot Mamas version of stretching and letting go. The class will introduce various modalities of stretch: Pilates, Yoga, Roller, A.I. & dance with music that will inspire and moves that will leave you feeling open and an emotional catharsis that will possibly bring tears to your eyes. This class will inspire you to leave all of your stress in a puddle on the floor. Class always ends with meditation.
This class is for all fitness levels and you’ll need a mat, possibly a cushion for your knees and a block.
